Keeping this fleeting and simple: these two chargers do not work with a newer (7G) iPod classic. Both emit a light (that they’re plugged into a power source), yet fail to provide a charge to the real iPod devices. While inexpensive, a waste of money at that.

I bought two sets, one for a friend and one for myself and neither one works with the 160 gb classic. They both work with the 3rd generation Nano.
